The key feature of this product is the incorporation of 1% carbon into the Westex® DH fabric, providing an additional layer of safety with antistatic properties. Comprising 48% Lenzing™ lyocell, 39% modacrylic, 12% aramid, and 1% carbon, this fabric blend ensures inherent flame resistance while offering protection against static discharge.
In addition to its antistatic properties, the Westex® DH fabric meets rigorous industry standards, including NFPA 2112, CGSB 155.20, NFPA 1977, CGSB 155.22, NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and NFPA 1975. This comprehensive compliance underscores the garment's reliability and suitability for a wide range of hazardous occupations.
The Insulated Bib Pant features a 12 oz quilted insulation package, providing warmth and comfort in cold weather conditions. The insulation includes modacrylic fibers, ensuring flame resistance, and is accompanied by an 88% cotton, 12% high tenacity nylon lining for added durability.
