North Safety Products has introduced a new line of safety
vests for emergency personnel, which the company claims meets the latest
standard from the International Safety Equipment Association, ANSI/ISEA 207
2006. The vests are ideal for use in roadway emergencies or other emergencies
where distinctive apparel is required, the company says. North Safety’s new
line of emergency safety vests allows for colour-specific markings on the vest
panel or trim to distinguish among professionals agencies such as police,
highway and transport safety personnel, fire and EMS responders. The company
