North Safety Products’ new tamper-free Group Lock Box — GLB03 (bilingual) and GLB03/E (English only) — simplifies lockout of large equipment, the company says.
This is how this system works: After a machine or process is locked out, the key or keys are placed in a lock box. Then each authorized work team member places a personal lock or tagout device to the Group Lock Box. This ensures that no single employee has access to the box unless all employees have removed their locks or tags, North Safety says. The Group Lock Box is made of heavy steel and accepts up to 13 individual locks.
