Superior’s Emerald CX gloves are an engineered blend of Kevlar and stainless steel, providing extra strength hand protection, the company says. The Emerald CX gloves are comfortable and dexterous, with a cut-protection rating of CE Cut-level 5/ASTM Cut-level 4. Grey polyurethane palm coating provides excellent grip, with a super-low particulate shed that makes them ideal where product contamination is an issue. Emerald CX gloves withstand 1,700 grams of force in lab trials, Superior says. This means one would have to wear ten heavyweight leather gloves to match the cut resistance of Emerald CX.
