Demag Cranes & Components’ new DC-Com chain hoist features a two-speed motor, plug and play electrical connections and adjustable height control. The DC-Com can be accurately positioned for each job and can be easily installed, all without sacrificing safety and ergonomic concerns, the company said. It also includes an overload protection system with slip clutch and limit switches, quick disconnect connections and an easy-to-access control panel. Available in five capacities ranging from 125 kg to 2,000 kg, all DC-Com models easily connect to Demag’s trolleys and electric trolley drives, as well as the Demag KBK crane construction rail system, the company said.
