Gary Cunningham explains how the software assists companies during the pandemic and climate crisis

FlexManager is a cloud-based tool designed to improve the operational effectiveness of businesses as well as reduce costs. Some of FlexManager’s functions are bulk downloading of project documents, ability to view scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance and inspections, stock management with exportable search, and incident reporting.
Gary Cunningham, customer service director at FlexManager, told COS that what makes FlexManager different from its competitors is being “intuitive, interactive, integrated” and easier to implement than other software of the same kind. FlexManager also allows a high level of system configuration so that system administrators can create new processes without difficulty. He said that customers in Canada, one of its major markets, appreciate FlexManager’s “responsiveness, helpfulness and experience”.
Because FlexManager is configurable and adaptable, clients in any workplace or industry can use it to set up, manage, and monitor their processes and procedures, ensuring that safety and compliance are maintained.
“We work closely with our system administrators to ensure that FlexManager ticks all of their boxes and the lessons we learn are then implemented for all of our clients during our quarterly release cycles for all software products,” Cunningham said.
He added that with the post-pandemic reopenings, FlexManager’s features – such as procedural management, PPE management, online training, and loan working policy – became more relevant for some clients. In the remote working setup, for example, FlexManager “became an effective tool for managing their workplace compliance without any interruption to operations”.
In light of the ongoing climate and energy crises which call for immediate solutions, FlexManager has expanded its environment- and energy-related modules such as environmental incident reporting, carbon emission calculator, energy usage tracking, and others. FlexManager offers convenience because it allows users to perform all environmental, social and governance activities on a single platform.
