COS launches search for the leading psychological safety policies
Canadian Occupational Safety’s second annual 5-Star Psychological Safety is now accepting entries.
Open to all organizations - the feature will recognize companies big and small based on several metrics, including policies, staff training, and more.
Once entries close, employees from the nominated companies must complete an anonymous survey evaluating their workplace on several metrics.
Complete the survey before Friday, July 12.
The 5-Star Psychological Safety report, proudly supported by Wellness Works Canada, will be published on the website in October.
