An accomplished organizational consultant and coach, Eduardo has nearly three decades of experience in safety, human and organizational performance, culture transformation, leadership development, and high-performance projects, operations, and teams.

He has worked with many global Fortune 500s and executives throughout the United States, Canada, and Latin America, consulting for a broad range of industries ranging from oil & gas, mining, construction, manufacturing, financial services, and technology. He has designed and led seminars, workshops, coaching sessions and entire programs on personal and organizational transformation for thousands of people.

Some of the clients he has personally worked with include Chevron, Shell, BHP, Fluor, Jacobs Engineering, Finning, Southern California Edison, Chrysler, Bimbo, Schneider Electric, Ontario Power Generation, Port of Seattle, LNGC, AvalonBay, USAID, the World Bank, United Nations, among many others.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and Change, and is certified in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Systems. He has extensive training in safety, human and organizational performance, consulting, coaching, integral theory, appreciative inquiry, servant leadership, adaptive leadership, neuroscience, mindfulness, among other disciplines.
