Draeger Safety Inc. has recently announced the new Pac 3000 and Pac 5000, both series use audible two-tones, visual alarms and vibrating alarms to alert the user of toxic concentrations of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide or low oxygen. The instruments are also equipped with a small XXS DrägerSensor. The series also come with a two-button operation and infrared interface and a display that becomes backlit using a button.
