Miller Electric Mfg. Co. has released the Digital Infinity Series welding helmets that now feature the largest viewing area in the industry, according to the manufacturer. The 13.4 square-inch viewing area with wide screen format provides unsurpassed view and eliminates tunnel vision. The oversized comfort cushion in provides extensive adjustability settings and the integration of Info-Track lens technology tracks and displays arc time. Exclusive arc tracking technology features arc time, time and timer functions, and a multi-language help menu. The four arc sensors and four modes include weld mode, cut mode, grind mode and X-Mode. The X-Mode electromagnetically senses the weld to eliminate sunlight interference and continuously detects the arc even if sensors are blocked. With the easy to use digital controls, the worker is able to adjust shade level at anytime. There are a number of graphic visual options available, including black, stars and stripes, camouflage and departed.
